If your Temps are below 40 or over 90 I will ship hold for pick up to keep your isopods safe. Isopods do well in an enclosure with a secure fitting lid, they are renown escape artists. Feed them to reptiles or establish a colony using a 6qt container set up with either coconut coir or organic substrate. They will need one side of the enclose damp, only 25% for the larger porcellio species, and the other side on the drier side with plenty of hard wood leaf litter and decaying bark, such as cork bark, to use as hides. Keep a calcium source available and provide them with fresh food items such as zucchini, sweet potato, carrot, pumpkin etc. Remember to wash and peel first, Isopods are sensitive to pesticides.
